Spectators: 173 (Terracing: 130, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredinho Sá started the match with the kick off. Alfredinho Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Anderson Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Thiago Pereira in the 8th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Nilmar Berger. Vitinho Queiroz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitinho Queiroz in the 23rd minute of play forced Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s goalkeeper Jean Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Milan da Freguesia F.C. getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Pedro Luís Lima hit a great ball. Anderson Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredinho Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Pedro Luís Lima nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anderson Torres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 35 minutes, Fernandinho Neiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE and the Milan da Freguesia F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vitinho Queiroz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Thiago Pereira in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Nilmar Berger. Thiago Pereira hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Vitinho Queiroz sped through Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jean Donato. Isaltino Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Thiago Pereira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Milan da Freguesia F.C. the free kick. A collision led to CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Thiago Pereira hit a great ball. After 83 played minutes Milan da Freguesia F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Chicão Meirelles. Dário Moreira, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dário Moreira in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vitinho Queiroz came free, but Jean Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitinho Queiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
