An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Egoi in the 10th minute of play forced Del Materno Vengo's goalkeeper Danilo Veto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, one of Del Materno Vengo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Danilo Veto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Breogan in the 16th minute of the match. The supporters of Tetes Titans booed when Del Materno Vengo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Ovando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tetes Titans's Luciano Matro got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mauricio Olayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Pabla in the 21st minute of play. Tetes Titans's Mauricio Olayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Tetes Titans from getting a goal against them. Del Materno Vengo's Danilo Veto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Matro in the 24th minute of play. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-0 when David Dei sped through Tetes Titans's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mauricio Olayo. 29 minutes into the match, Del Materno Vengo's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Breogan came free, but Danilo Veto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danilo Veto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Egoi in the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Del Materno Vengo's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Cambranes came free, but Danilo Veto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Clemente Inge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Del Materno Vengo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tetes Titans the free kick. After 33 played minutes Del Materno Vengo got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Inge. 34 minutes into the match, Tetes Titans's Rogelio Cidro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some careless play in the Del Materno Vengo defense, Luciano Matro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danilo Veto. The Del Materno Vengo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danilo Veto should have stopped the shot. Danilo Veto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Breogan, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Del Materno Vengo's zone, Erasmo Egoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Veto came out of the goal and Erasmo Egoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the game, Manuel Cambranes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tetes Titans's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Del Materno Vengo the free kick. A collision led to Tetes Titans getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Manuel Cambranes hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Del Materno Vengo defense, Leon Breogan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danilo Veto. The Del Materno Vengo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danilo Veto should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Leon Breogan made the kick off in the second half. David Dei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Mauricio Olayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Veto was a little too slow when Luciano Matro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 1-3. Danilo Veto made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Leon Breogan sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Leon Breogan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Danilo Veto was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 67th minute David Dei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Olayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Danilo Veto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Cambranes went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. In the 73rd match minute, Tetes Titans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Ederono to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Tetes Titans getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Rogelio Cidro hit a great ball. After 77 played minutes, Del Materno Vengo's Basilio Porfiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mauricio Olayo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Del Materno Vengo reached it. Danilo Veto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Egoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 81st minute of the game. One of Del Materno Vengo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tetes Titans:s goal. Danilo Veto came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Tetes Titans's Leon Breogan. But to his dismay, Leon Breogan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Luciano Matro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Danilo Veto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Tetes Titans players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
