Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Tomás Maule came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Velez Sarsfield's Isaac Marcones. But to his dismay, Isaac Marcones quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Arnaldo Sarracino kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. If Eustaquio Tiadoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cosme Mikelar hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the game, Velez Sarsfield's Albano Seber nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomás Maule made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Tomás Maule showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Marcones, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Velez Sarsfield's Uriel Raymon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Velez Sarsfield from getting a goal against them. It was a well-played corner which Hugo Eguntsenti managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Tomás Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Caitano in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Arnaldo Sarracino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Velez Sarsfield fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Seber in the 28th minute of play forced Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Tomás Maule to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Maule took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Seber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 played minutes Velez Sarsfield got a freekick which was hit by Albano Seber. Albano Seber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Maule having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcial Rosio to strike the kick off in the second half. Isaac Marcones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Maule having to interfere. A collision led to Velez Sarsfield getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Richard Rodrigues hit a great ball. Bendito Sea El Fernet's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Arnaldo Sarracino scored to the left of an out of position Tomás Maule, making the score, 0-5. Richard Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Isaac Marcones could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Tomás Maule made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Velez Sarsfield's Albano Seber slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomás Maule. That made the score 0-6 after 72 minutes of play. Leonides Mero might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomás Maule. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonides Mero ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 78th minute Isaac Marcones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Maule saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule got control of the ball when Sergio Caitano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute, Baldomiro Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Bendito Sea El Fernet booed when Velez Sarsfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Napier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Eusebio Rios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Leonides Mero fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Velez Sarsfield's protests and gave Leonides Mero a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bendito Sea El Fernet booed when Velez Sarsfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Mero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Velez Sarsfield's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Eguntsenti came free, but Uriel Raymon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Velez Sarsfield played a much better game than Bendito Sea El Fernet and deserved their victory. The Bendito Sea El Fernet players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
