Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Placido Machado started the match with the kick off. Victoriano Luke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Quinteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Deportivo Messina's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gervasio Larra in the 7th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Placido Machado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victoriano Luke. INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Placido Machado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Cecilio Quinteros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Victoriano Luke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ermegildo Ostadar struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Agustin Maule didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA. Cecilio Quinteros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victoriano Luke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ermegildo Ostadar in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agustin Maule prevented the ball from getting in the gole. INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's Victoriano Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Quinteros in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute Cecilio Quinteros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidio Gonzo kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The supporters of Deportivo Messina booed when INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Tomi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guido Ixaka might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agustin Maule. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guido Ixaka ran back to his position shaking his head. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ermegildo Ostadar was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Deportivo Messina were awarded a corner. Gervasio Larra went to the cornerflag to take it. Gervasio Larra made a great header on Deportivo Messina's corner, it was just that INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's Victoriano Luke managed to reach the ball for a save. Ermegildo Ostadar took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agustin Maule. Agustin Maule dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Victoriano Luke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victoriano Luke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Placido Machado's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. After having played for 80 minutes, Placido Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Messina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Machado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cecilio Quinteross short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Victoriano Luke to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 87 minutes into the match, Cecilio Quinteros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victoriano Luke. INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cecilio Quinteros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Placido Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Luke having to interfere. The supporters of Deportivo Messina booed when INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Santo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Deportivo Messina left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA.
