An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Gartxot in the 3rd minute of play forced Maní FC's goalkeeper Higinio Terciero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute, Efrain Aztore left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maní FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolfo Santiago during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Linea 174 Ramal Castillo getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Adolfo Santiago hit a great ball. Linea 174 Ramal Castillo's Candido Vargas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Lorencio in the 7th minute of play. Domingos Salomone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Candido Vargas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Linea 174 Ramal Castillo defense, Efrain Aztore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Candido Vargas. The Linea 174 Ramal Castillo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Candido Vargas should have stopped the shot. Maní FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Jonatan Gartxot scored to the left of an out of position Higinio Terciero, making the score, 1-2. When Serafin Mannie fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Linea 174 Ramal Castillo's protests and gave Serafin Mannie a yellow card for diving instead. Serafin Mannie hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Jonatan Gartxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Terciero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute of the match Domingos Salomone shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Candido Vargas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Domingos Salomone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Higinio Terciero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Gartxot in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Bruno Foro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Terciero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Candido Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Salomone in the 37th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Linea 174 Ramal Castillo got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Lleir. 48 minutes into the match, Linea 174 Ramal Castillo's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Salomone came free, but Candido Vargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Flavio Lorencio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Candido Vargas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Higinio Terciero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Foro in the 70th minute of play. The Maní FC fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Maní FC's Flavio Lorencio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Flavio Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 played minutes Linea 174 Ramal Castillo got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Mergildo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Ursino got free with Candido Vargas in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Domingos Salomone's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Candido Vargas was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. 87 minutes into the game, Domingos Salomone recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Candido Vargas. Domingos Salomone showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. Flavio Lorencio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Candido Vargas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Lorencio got free with Candido Vargas in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
