When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Donato Benvido put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Matias Haimar. A collision led to Bustick Sport getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Godfredo Berart hit a great ball. The supporters of phoinix fc booed when Bustick Sport was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Restu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Orlanda in the 25th minute of play forced Bustick Sport's goalkeeper Matias Haimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Melchor Restu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Barrionuevo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, phoinix fc's Ulises Orlanda ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matias Haimar. Matias Haimar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After a rather tough play, Bustick Sport's Walder Kannemann got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 43rd match minute, phoinix fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Lohitzun to maneuver through the defense. After 44 played minutes, Bustick Sport's Jonathan Gutxi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Raimundo Barrionuevo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bustick Sport reached it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celso Guillelme was the one to do the kick off. Celso Guillelme hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Raimundo Barrionuevo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 53rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Teo Franco. Perry Barrios charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Perry Barrios the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bustick Sport's Perry Barrios got a free kick in the 55th minute. Bustick Sport's Matias Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Guillelme in the 56th minute of play. Celso Guillelme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matias Haimar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Matias Haimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Guillelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 67 minutes into the game, one of Bustick Sport:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for phoinix fc. Freddy Rubio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Matias Haimar. 3-0. Ulises Orlanda scored 5-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matias Haimar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Herrera in the 82nd minute of play forced Bustick Sport's goalkeeper Matias Haimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Gutxi struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Raimundo Barrionuevo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bustick Sport. Raimundo Barrionuevo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Chan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Diegotxe hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Bustick Sport's Jonathan Gutxi got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elvio Chan charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elvio Chan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bustick Sport's Elvio Chan got a free kick in the 95th minute. When Ulises Orlanda fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored phoinix fc's protests and gave Ulises Orlanda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th match minute, phoinix fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulises Orlanda to maneuver through the defense. When Celso Guillelme came up free with the goalie in the 100th minute, the phoinix fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Guillelme couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bustick Sport players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for phoinix fc.
