Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomás Frasco made the kick off which started today's match. Tomás Frasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Agustín Brei made a huge save. Faustino Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Ignatius in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Gutierrez. Azulgranas AFC's Ladislao Cutberto got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Azulgranas AFC's Ladislao Cutberto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agustín Brei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hector Ignatius in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faustino Azevedo saved Azulgranas AFC from getting behind. Guido Cristofol hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. A collision led to ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Domingo Lleir hit a great ball. Adrian Katia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Faustino Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Ladislao Cutberto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Agustín Brei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hector Ignatius was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Hector Ignatius got a free kick in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Frasco in the 53rd minute of play forced ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's goalkeeper Agustín Brei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Tomás Frasco made a precise shot to the right of Agustín Brei. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Hector Ignatius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Faustino Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Azulgranas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Cutberto. 65 minutes into the match, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Hector Ignatius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Faustino Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Agustín Brei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Pirro in the 67th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tomás Frasco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agustín Brei was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 83rd minute, Hector Ignatius reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Faustino Azevedo. The goal made the score 2-1. Ladislao Cutberto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustín Brei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Agustín Brei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Cutberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Hector Ignatius managed to get in a good position for a shot. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Ignatius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faustino Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hector Ignatius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Azulgranas AFC.
