With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toro Grana in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodolfo Froylan saved chacarita juniors from getting behind. Rodolfo Froylan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toro Grana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. chacarita juniors's Rodolfo Froylan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Inautzi in the 12th minute of play. When los nadies's Toro Grana in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Timoteo Saturnin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Froylan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Emiliano Buendia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusébio Caiado was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The audience was convinced that Toro Grana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Froylan was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Emiliano Buendia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Caiado having to interfere. In the 45thth minute of the game Toro Grana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but chacarita juniors's Rodolfo Froylan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 46th match minute, chacarita juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Matei to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The wind increased when Urbano Frisco made the kick off in the second half. Toro Grana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When chacarita juniors's Feng Hong Rong in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rodolfo Froylan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Froylan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toro Grana in the 71st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toro Grana in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodolfo Froylan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Toro Grana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 75 minutes into the match, chacarita juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Inautzi came free, but Rodolfo Froylan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Froylan made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Amado Inautzi sent off a good shot on target. After 85 minutes of play, los nadies's Toro Grana made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Froylan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind chacarita juniors's goalkeeper Rodolfo Froylan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, los nadies's Simone Ritieni got a free kick in the 90th minute. Urbano Pueblo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Caiado having to interfere. Rodolfo Froylan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toro Grana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Toro Grana fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rodolfo Froylan, passed just outside the right post. The los nadies fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when los nadies's Simone Ritieni looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The los nadies supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing los nadies would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
