The referee ignored Alejandra's protests and gave Fernando Natanael a yellow card for diving instead. After 34 played minutes Alejandra got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Natanael. After 35 played minutes Alejandra got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Amato. Daniel Garin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernando Natanael's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. The supporters of Alejandra booed when Roja Directa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. The score was now 0-10. The Alejandra supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Alejandra would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
