Benedicto Sandaili came out of the goal and Mariano Magdaleno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mariano Magdaleno took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benedicto Sandaili. Benedicto Sandaili dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Tiburcio Cordaryal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedicto Sandaili was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Benedicto Sandaili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Fraco in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Shepherd in the 24th minute of play forced Waffem Fc's goalkeeper Wilfredo Manilan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Rainerio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 29 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Waffem Fc:s goal. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ:s Benedicto Sandaili showed great skill when he stopped Carlos Mateo:s penalty. A collision led to CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Domingos Xacintu hit a great ball. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Benedicto Sandaili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Fraco in the 42nd minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Gaspar Fraco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Waffem Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After the first half Waffem Fc were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilberto Sedeni was the one to do the kick off. Wilfredo Manilan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Shepherd, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 58 minutes into the game, Rolando Shepherd cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Wilfredo Manilan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Domingos Aimar's late challenge caught a CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain.
