With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Tancredo in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Betadur saved LA DEL MONO from getting behind. Gervasio Firman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Santiago Urtats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LA DEL MONO's Fabio Betadur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Tancredo in the 13th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LA DEL MONO's Tobias Bitxintxo got a free kick in the 14th minute. After a defensive mix-up in LA DEL MONO's zone, Amancio Suarez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Betadur came out of the goal and Amancio Suarez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabio Betadur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Farias, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. LA DEL MONO's Fabio Betadur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Tancredo in the 20th minute of play. Fabio Betadur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Tancredo's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 26 minutes into the match, Nicolas Tancredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Betadur. LA DEL MONO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Tancredo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Bastia in the 34th minute of play forced Paunero's goalkeeper Santiago Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Betadur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Tancredo in the 38th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Nicolas Tancredo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Fabio Betadur skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nicolas Tancredo struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Fabio Betadur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paunero. The supporters of Paunero booed when LA DEL MONO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Bitxintxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabio Betadur was a little too slow when Alejandro Farias got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-4. Fabio Betadur came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Paunero's Alejandro Farias. But to his dismay, Alejandro Farias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Paunero's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
