The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo Ortegano's Elano Lobado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mitch Samuels. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Mitch Samuels showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elano Lobado in the 6th minute of the match. Donny Ladner's late challenge caught a Deportivo Ortegano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donny Ladner helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Mechanicville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donny Ladner to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th play minute Elano Lobado came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mitch Samuels. 2-0. After 11 played minutes Elano Lobado rounded Mechanicville's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Deportivo Ortegano's Bahiano Caballeria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Winston Matthews in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elano Lobado in the 20th minute of play forced Mechanicville's goalkeeper Mitch Samuels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 21 in the game by Elano Lobado from a close distance when the talented Mitch Samuels managed to make a qualified save. Mechanicville's players were relieved. In the 24th minute, Deportivo Ortegano's Orland Uceda ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mitch Samuels. Mitch Samuels yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Elano Lobado succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 6-0 in the 28th playminute. After having played for 30 minutes, Elano Lobado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Ortegano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elano Lobado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Winston Matthews had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elano Lobado got free with Mitch Samuels in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elano Lobado didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 7-0 via right post in the game's 37th minute. Deportivo Ortegano's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 43 minutes into the match, Elano Lobado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mitch Samuels. Mechanicville's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elano Lobado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Deportivo Ortegano's Ronald Vordenbäumen was substituted for Socorro Chavez. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronald Vordenbäumen to make the kick off. Mitch Samuels didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronald Vordenbäumen went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Mitch Samuels didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orland Uceda went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. In the 72nd minute, Orland Uceda made a precise shot to the right of Mitch Samuels. Mechanicville's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. 76 minutes into the match, Ignacio Gaig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mitch Samuels. Mechanicville's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ignacio Gaig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 15-0. Mitch Samuels took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronald Vordenbäumen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mitch Samuels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juango Baroja, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Mitch Samuels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Gaig in the 86th minute of play. Mechanicville's Mitch Samuels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orland Uceda in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Gaig in the 89th minute of play forced Mechanicville's goalkeeper Mitch Samuels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Ortegano's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Orland Uceda in the 90th minute. Deportivo Ortegano's Orland Uceda was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mitch Samuels in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ronald Vordenbäumen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juango Baroja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deportivo Ortegano walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
