Thanks to some nice moves Tibalt Bruna could shoot a difficult shot in the 6th minute, which Edilberto Beguellina however easily saved by the left post. 9 minutes into the match, Unikurdos United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Szczepan Mazierz came free, but Edilberto Beguellina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edilberto Beguellina was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tibalt Bruna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Snorlax FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gorka Astola came free, but Tancredo Manguyague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tancredo Manguyague showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Pangua, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Snorlax FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gorka Astola came free, but Tancredo Manguyague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute of the match, Szczepan Mazierz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edilberto Beguellina saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gorka Astola in the 24th minute of play forced Snorlax FC's goalkeeper Tancredo Manguyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th match minute, Unikurdos United F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Perez to maneuver through the defense. Freddy Pangua struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Tancredo Manguyague didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unikurdos United F.C.. With a little luck, Unikurdos United F.C.'s Edilberto Beguellina got control of the ball when Tibalt Bruna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gorka Astola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tancredo Manguyague read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute of the match Unikurdos United F.C. got a corner. Snorlax FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fidensio Mendieta ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Unikurdos United F.C.'s Fidensio Mendieta to fire away a dangerous shot which Tancredo Manguyague despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Freddy Pangua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unikurdos United F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Pangua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tancredo Manguyague breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gorka Astola was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Snorlax FC booed when Unikurdos United F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Alejandro Díaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Szczepan Mazierz fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Snorlax FC's protests and gave Szczepan Mazierz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th minute, Szczepan Mazierz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Oxel Mendieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Snorlax FC booed when Unikurdos United F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oxel Mendieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gorka Astola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, Snorlax FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gorka Astola came free, but Tancredo Manguyague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tancredo Manguyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gorka Astola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sergio Rosas hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Snorlax FC made a substitution. Leobardo Riera replaced Tibalt Bruna. After a rather tough play, Snorlax FC's Sergio Rosas got a free kick in the 81st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Snorlax FC's zone, Oscar Perez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tancredo Manguyague came out of the goal and Oscar Perez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Freddy Pangua blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tancredo Manguyague having to make a save. In the 87th minute Szczepan Mazierz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edilberto Beguellina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Jesus Allu took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edilberto Beguellina. Edilberto Beguellina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 96th match minute, Unikurdos United F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidensio Mendieta to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 97 minutes, Sergio Rosas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Snorlax FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergio Rosas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Unikurdos United F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
