After a defensive mix-up in Glorioso Deportivo Cali's zone, Isaac Felip stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicholas Urria came out of the goal and Isaac Felip tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Iparragirre Saga got a free kick in the 9th minute. Glorioso Deportivo Cali's Nicholas Urria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Villacosta in the 14th minute of play. When Macerio Moncada came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Glorioso Deportivo Cali fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Macerio Moncada couldn't finish the play. Nicholas Urria came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Tabalongo AFC's Isaac Felip. But to his dismay, Isaac Felip quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 20th minute Isaac Felip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicholas Urria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicholas Urria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Felip in the 24th minute of play. Pes Carrasquedo was shown his second yellow card after 25 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 26 played minutes Glorioso Deportivo Cali got a freekick which was hit by Pes Carrasquedo. Edur Miruena hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When Isaac Felip came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Tabalongo AFC fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Rouse in the 42nd minute of play forced Glorioso Deportivo Cali's goalkeeper Nicholas Urria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fausto Rouse in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicholas Urria saved Glorioso Deportivo Cali from getting behind. 45 minutes into the match, Glorioso Deportivo Cali's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Felip came free, but Nicholas Urria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edur Miruena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 96th minute, Joel Pomar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tabalongo AFC played a much better game than Glorioso Deportivo Cali and deserved their victory. The Glorioso Deportivo Cali players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
