The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Turgay Arısan charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Turgay Arısan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute, Turgay Arısan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24 played minutes, Yaman Academy®'s Anıl Berk Yıldız shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Palmquist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Yaman Academy® reached it. Yaman Academy®'s Abdurrezzak Muhsin was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 31st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Abdurrezzak Muhsin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Palmquist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. ANADOLU LOJİSTİK's Jonathan Palmquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aydın Ilıcan in the 36th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Yaman Academy®'s Jonathan Palmquist threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aydın Ilıcan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Abdurrezzak Muhsin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Palmquist. That made the score 2-0 in the 41 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nihat Kahveci to make the kick off. Jonathan Palmquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aydın Ilıcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 52 minutes into the match, ANADOLU LOJİSTİK's goal looked a bit too open when Nihat Kahveci came free, but Jonathan Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aydın Ilıcan in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Palmquist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ANADOLU LOJİSTİK's Jonathan Palmquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nihat Kahveci in the 55th minute of play. Nihat Kahveci scored 3-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Palmquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Hakan Yavuzcan during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Aydın Ilıcan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Palmquist was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game.
