Tony Tøndergaard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Bolin, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute Martin Bolin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Tøndergaard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils-Emil Gulliksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Bolin in the 8th minute of play forced PP Plessydask's goalkeeper Tony Tøndergaard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dag Lindmark scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torsten Ljungberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Sunkens Surtröjor's Torsten Ljungberg got control of the ball when Boris Alegren tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, PP Plessydask's John Lundström got a free kick in the 18th minute. PP Plessydask's Tony Tøndergaard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Bolin in the 21st minute of play. Magnus Ersman kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Bolin in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Tøndergaard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Sunkens Surtröjor's Martin Bolin got a free kick in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sunkens Surtröjor's zone, Dag Lindmark stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torsten Ljungberg came out of the goal and Dag Lindmark tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the game, Sunkens Surtröjor's Martin Bolin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tony Tøndergaard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Tony Tøndergaard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Bolin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nils-Emil Gulliksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Tøndergaard having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Martin Bolin notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of PP Plessydask's Tony Tøndergaard. Tony Tøndergaard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boris Alegren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Martin Bolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Tony Tøndergaard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 played minutes Sunkens Surtröjor got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Ersman. Jon Bodin kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Tony Tøndergaard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Bolin in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 minutes, Martin Bolin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sunkens Surtröjor and the PP Plessydask players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tony Tøndergaard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Bolin in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of Sunkens Surtröjor booed when PP Plessydask was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Haagenstjerne didn't get a good kick on the ball. The PP Plessydask supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sunkens Surtröjor's performance. The match ended with a win for Sunkens Surtröjor.
