After a rather tough play, BK Forward's Erland Blixt got a free kick in the 18th minute. Aron Dahlbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Linus Hägglund in the 23rd minute of the match. Freddie Helberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pete Sampras, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute, Pete Sampras made a precise shot to the right of Freddie Helberg. BK Forward's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Åström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute, Rasmus Kilberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BK Forward's Freddie Helberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save BK Forward from getting a goal against them. 81 minutes into the match, BK Forward's goalkeeper Freddie Helberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andre Agassi. A collision led to MAFFIAN getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Greger Broberg hit a great ball. After 90 played minutes BK Forward got a freekick which was hit by Folke Ström. With a little luck, BK Forward's Freddie Helberg got control of the ball when Pete Sampras tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. MAFFIAN had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
