Björkö BK's Stig Björkdahl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Björkö BK from getting a goal against them. Björkö BK's Anders Asplund managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kenny Isaksson in the 12 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Åberg in the 15th minute of play forced FC NILS's goalkeeper Åke Utter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Zebastian Palmkvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stig Björkdahl. The goal made the score 1-0. Berkem Heybetli hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Åke Utter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Åke Nordkvist in the 24th minute of play. FC NILS's Åke Utter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Åke Nordkvist in the 26th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Björkö BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerry Hedman to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Berkem Heybetli notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Björkö BK's Stig Björkdahl. Stig Björkdahl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torsten Åberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Björkö BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 83rd minute, Darin Bozduganov made a precise shot to the right of Stig Björkdahl. FC NILS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
