Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jocke Nilsson started the match with the kick off. Tobias Göransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Öfverman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan-Olof Abrahamsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Nicklas Tidén made a huge save. Brothers of Mercy's Nicklas Tidén proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Brothers of Mercy from getting a goal against them. Nicklas Tidén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jocke Nilsson in the 21st minute of the match. Tobias Göransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Öfverman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Wingspan's Tobias Göransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulf Öfverman in the 24th minute of play. Nicklas Tidén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Aronsson in the 25th minute of play. Tobias Göransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Nyberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Gottfrid Hök in the 29th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Brothers of Mercy's Thiago van Dijk. Tobias Göransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yngve Röd in the 33rd minute of the match. Tobias Göransson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulf Öfverman's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After some careless play in the FC Wingspan defense, Ulf Öfverman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tobias Göransson. The FC Wingspan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tobias Göransson should have stopped the shot. When Brothers of Mercy's Yngve Röd, in the 42nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Brothers of Mercy. Nicklas Tidén was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Jocke Nilsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jocke Nilsson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 54th minute, Ulf Öfverman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 55 minutes into the match, Brothers of Mercy's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Arne Sjöström came free, but Nicklas Tidén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Ulf Öfverman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brothers of Mercy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 61 minutes into the match, FC Wingspan's goalkeeper Tobias Göransson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yngve Röd. In the 64th minute, Mats Boström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brothers of Mercy's Mats Elg was substituted for Edward Nyberg. After a rather tough play, FC Wingspan's Mats Boström got a free kick in the 65th minute. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Ulf Öfverman put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Tobias Göransson. Yngve Röd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Tobias Göransson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicklas Tidén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Aronsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicklas Tidén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Olof Abrahamsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Olof Abrahamsson in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicklas Tidén prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 79 minutes, Yngve Röd managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brothers of Mercy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yngve Röd was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Brothers of Mercy's Ulf Öfverman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tobias Göransson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Ulf Öfverman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tobias Göransson. That made the score 1-4 in the 84 minute of play. When FC Wingspan's Jan-Olof Abrahamsson in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brothers of Mercy's goalie prevented a goal. FC Wingspan's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan Morat in the 88th minute. Brothers of Mercy's Ulf Öfverman got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
