The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Ytterby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Molin came free, but Robin Vaktarhus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ytterby FF getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Erling Håning hit a great ball. After 6 played minutes Tough and Tasty FC got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Vassenius. 9 minutes into the match, Tough and Tasty FC's goalkeeper Stanny Stopa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stig-Ove Falkrans. In the 14th minute İsrafil Yağız shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Vaktarhus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stanny Stopa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Löfgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erling Håning got free with Stanny Stopa in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erubiel Carlomagno missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 32 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Robin Vaktarhus right hand side. Robin Vaktarhus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Molin in the 35th minute of the match. Alf Löfgren struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Stanny Stopa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ytterby FF. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stig-Ove Falkrans stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tough and Tasty FC's Henning Norström managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nikolai Springby in the 52 minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when İsrafil Yağız got free with Robin Vaktarhus in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Tough and Tasty FC booed when Ytterby FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alf Löfgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Tough and Tasty FC's Jens-Ove Molin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robin Vaktarhus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 63rdth minute of the game Jens-Ove Molin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ytterby FF's Robin Vaktarhus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Tough and Tasty FC's Perrando Rousseau got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Alf Löfgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robin Vaktarhus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Molin in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Ove Falkrans in the 77th minute of play forced Tough and Tasty FC's goalkeeper Stanny Stopa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tough and Tasty FC's Jens-Ove Molin got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stanny Stopa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Ove Falkrans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ytterby FF had won after a very even match.
