Cezar Novăceanu in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anton Iorda, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ionuț Gane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Tudose hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Ionuț Ganes short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Anton Iorda to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aurelian Stanciu kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Purcaresti CSS's Ferdinand Horhoianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Lupoaia in the 18th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Team in construction's Dinu Lupoaia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferdinand Horhoianu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Team in construction's Maxim Udrea got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Purcaresti CSS's Ionuț Gane was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 25th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Dragoş Bogătan charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dragoş Bogătan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Team in construction's Dragoş Bogătan got a free kick in the 27th minute. Ferdinand Horhoianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valeriu Ene in the 30th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Emilian Lăzan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute of the match Martin Tudose shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ferdinand Horhoianu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Purcaresti CSS's zone, Valeriu Ene stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferdinand Horhoianu came out of the goal and Valeriu Ene tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute, Romeo Hizo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Purcaresti CSS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciprian Jușcă to strike the kick off in the second half. Purcaresti CSS's Ionuț Gane got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ciprian Jușcă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ferdinand Horhoianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valeriu Ene in the 74th minute of play forced Purcaresti CSS's goalkeeper Ferdinand Horhoianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciprian Jușcă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferdinand Horhoianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinu Lupoaia in the 79th minute of the match. With a little luck, Purcaresti CSS's Ferdinand Horhoianu got control of the ball when Ciprian Jușcă tried to sneak it across the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Romeo Hizo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Purcaresti CSS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Team in construction the free kick. In the 87th minute, Romeo Hizo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95th play minutes Ionuț Gane shot 5-1, a short shot which went by Anton Iorda and just under the crossbar into goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Purcaresti CSS could leave the field as winners, despite Team in construction having more of the ball for most of the match.
