FC Žalia Giria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Gulden Draak the free kick. A collision led to FC Žalia Giria getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Jack Grealish hit a great ball. Ismail Köhler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saúl Gentiletti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jack Grealish came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the FC Žalia Giria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jack Grealish couldn't finish the play. Ismail Köhler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saúl Gentiletti, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Ismail Köhler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saúl Gentiletti's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute, Saúl Gentiletti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ismail Köhler was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jack Grealish sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, FC Žalia Giria's Saúl Gentiletti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ismail Köhler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd minute of the match, Ronald Breitbücher tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adolfo Carrizo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 33 minutes into the match, De Gulden Draak's goal looked a bit too open when Saúl Gentiletti came free, but Ismail Köhler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Saúl Gentiletti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ismail Köhler. De Gulden Draak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saúl Gentiletti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 39 played minutes De Gulden Draak got a freekick which was hit by Manfred Seuß. A throw-in in the 40th minute of the game was made by Konstantin Havemann with Dietmar Amelung as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Adolfo Carrizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronald Breitbücher in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Saúl Gentiletti made the kick off in the second half. Adolfo Carrizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ellis Thierse in the 52nd minute of play. FC Žalia Giria's Vytautas Petkus managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Konstantin Havemann in the 54 minute of the game. In the 58th match minute, De Gulden Draak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ellis Thierse to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saúl Gentiletti in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismail Köhler saved De Gulden Draak from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, FC Žalia Giria's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Seuß came free, but Adolfo Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saúl Gentiletti kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Saúl Gentiletti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ismail Köhler. De Gulden Draak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saúl Gentiletti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 74 minutes into the match, De Gulden Draak's goal looked a bit too open when Saúl Gentiletti came free, but Ismail Köhler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronald Breitbücher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Adolfo Carrizo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Žalia Giria made a substitution. Titas Rapalis replaced Jack Grealish. Ismail Köhler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saúl Gentiletti went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saúl Gentiletti in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismail Köhler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 90 played minutes FC Žalia Giria got a freekick which was hit by Saúl Gentiletti. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Ismail Köhler successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the final whistle sounded FC Žalia Giria left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than De Gulden Draak.
