Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Motiejus Baikštys kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Gædd FK defense, Motiejus Baikštys kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eskil Myhrvold. The Gædd FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eskil Myhrvold should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Absoliut's Vaclovas Jurkus got control of the ball when Edvin Bredesen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Absoliut's Vaclovas Jurkus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Absoliut from getting a goal against them. Alf-Inge Hol hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Motiejus Baikštys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Eskil Myhrvold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Gædd FK got a freekick which was hit by Alf-Inge Hol. Eskil Myhrvold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Motiejus Baikštys in the 24th minute of play. When Astijus Bakaitis fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Absoliut's protests and gave Astijus Bakaitis a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes Absoliut got a freekick which was hit by Astijus Bakaitis. Absoliut's Vaclovas Jurkus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvin Bredesen in the 33rd minute of play. Edvin Bredesen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vaclovas Jurkus having to make a save. Eskil Myhrvold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algitas Girkantas in the 38th minute of play. A collision led to Absoliut getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alfonsas Račinskas hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edvin Bredesen to make the kick off. Absoliut's Vaclovas Jurkus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sander Bredal in the 53rd minute of play. In the 59th minute Sander Bredal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vaclovas Jurkus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Motiejus Baikštys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eskil Myhrvold having to interfere. Gædd FK's Eskil Myhrvold proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Gædd FK from getting a goal against them. Vaclovas Jurkus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvin Bredesen in the 66th minute of play. Magnus Gerhardsen got a throw-in 72 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Leon Rognmo. Alf-Inge Hol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vaclovas Jurkus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Absoliut's Marius Stankevičius seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Marius Stankevičius the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Absoliut protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Marius Stankevičius had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Absoliut:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gædd FK:s goal. Absoliut:s Vaclovas Jurkus showed great skill when he stopped Tormod Suhr:s penalty. Algitas Girkantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eskil Myhrvold having to interfere. Eskil Myhrvold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Motiejus Baikštys in the 81st minute of the match. Eskil Myhrvold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Algitas Girkantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Absoliut's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Algitas Girkantas in the 82nd minute. The corner led Absoliut's Motiejus Baikštys to a score. 1-2 in the 83rd minute. After a rather tough play, Gædd FK's Jan-Frode Singstad got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Gædd FK's goalkeeper Eskil Myhrvold had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Motiejus Baikštys. The Gædd FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Absoliut's performance. The match ended with a win for Absoliut.
