Give Peace a Chance were awarded a corner in the 3th minute after Jk Tammeka 90's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dieter Bowermann took the corner. Give Peace a Chance's Dieter Bowermann was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Robi Rahusoo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Conny Schuhmacher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helger Uusnurm in the 6th minute of play. Jk Tammeka 90's Robi Rahusoo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Jk Tammeka 90 from getting a goal against them. Give Peace a Chance's Conny Schuhmacher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raido Võsomägi in the 32nd minute of play. Jk Tammeka 90's Robi Rahusoo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Jk Tammeka 90 from getting a goal against them. Conny Schuhmacher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Olev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lu Sang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Conny Schuhmacher successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 58 minutes into the game, Herbert Olev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Conny Schuhmacher was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 61 minutes into the game, Lu Sang was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Give Peace a Chance's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jk Tammeka 90 the free kick. The supporters of Jk Tammeka 90 booed when Give Peace a Chance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lu Sang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herbert Olev might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conny Schuhmacher. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herbert Olev ran back to his position shaking his head. Conny Schuhmacher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raido Võsomägi in the 65th minute of play. In the 73rdth minute of the game Raido Võsomägi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Give Peace a Chance's Conny Schuhmacher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Helger Uusnurm got free with Conny Schuhmacher in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Kalju Murelik fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jk Tammeka 90's protests and gave Kalju Murelik a yellow card for diving instead. Kalju Murelik hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Give Peace a Chance's Odilo Pusch got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Helger Uusnurm charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Helger Uusnurm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes Jk Tammeka 90 got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Eiber. Kalju Murelik hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Jk Tammeka 90 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
