Manos Malezas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Fortunato Bozzelli made a huge save. Mikrá Sánta's Dionysis Naskos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demetrio Di Nardo in the 23rd minute of play. Manos Malezas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 24th playminute. Juvenilia's Alberto Spiazzi pulled a muscle in his leg after 27 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Stamatis Kamelakis's late challenge caught a Juvenilia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fortunato Bozzelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stergios Veggos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the game, Bruno Giannantonio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Dionysis Naskos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stergios Veggos to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Alvise Del Duca made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Mikrá Sánta's Dionysis Naskos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fortunato Bozzelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manos Malezas, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The supporters of Juvenilia booed when Mikrá Sánta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stergios Veggos didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Mikrá Sánta's Dionysis Naskos got control of the ball when Alvise Del Duca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alvise Del Duca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionysis Naskos having to interfere.
