Flavio De Marchi started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Le Cabaret defense, Ercole Salemme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kanake Papadis. The Le Cabaret fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kanake Papadis should have stopped the shot. 6 minutes into the match, Le Cabaret's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio De Marchi came free, but Kanake Papadis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio De Marchi in the 13th minute of play forced Le Cabaret's goalkeeper Kanake Papadis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrigo Masi's late challenge caught a Le Cabaret's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arrigo Masi helped the player get up and apologised. Arrigo Masi kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Le Cabaret's Kroios Stagias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aldo Lemme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for GiaSiRo 08! The excitement rose when Le Cabaret's Gylippus Sardelis after 24 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for GiaSiRo 08's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 2-1. Aldo Lemme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gylippus Sardelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kanake Papadis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercole Salemme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 minutes of play, GiaSiRo 08's Ercole Salemme made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kanake Papadis was left in no man's land by his defense there! With 37 minutes on the clock, Frank Giannetta commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 36 minutes into the game, one of GiaSiRo 08:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 39 minutes, Le Cabaret's Gylippus Sardelis got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Aldo Lemme. The supporters of GiaSiRo 08 booed when Le Cabaret was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Polybos Phocas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 3-3 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kimon Makrodimitris to make the kick off. GiaSiRo 08's Flavio De Marchi got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aldo Lemme came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Le Cabaret's Kroios Stagias. But to his dismay, Kroios Stagias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Le Cabaret's Kanake Papadis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio De Marchi in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, GiaSiRo 08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ercole Salemme to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute Kroios Stagias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Lemme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kanake Papadis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio De Marchi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Poletti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Polybos Phocas charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Polybos Phocas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Polybos Phocas hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Le Cabaret's Kanake Papadis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Le Cabaret from getting a goal against them. Aldo Lemme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Polybos Phocas, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The Le Cabaret support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
