Rémy Jacquey struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Alberto Sartori didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Versannat. With splendid footwork Rémy Jacquey arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 7th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Squadra de Pippe's zone, Rémy Jacquey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Sartori came out of the goal and Rémy Jacquey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Abdel Léopold put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Versannat's Abdel Léopold got a free kick in the 12th minute. Mathys Veillard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefano Pintor, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberigo Mauro in the 16th minute of play forced Versannat's goalkeeper Mathys Veillard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mathys Veillard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberigo Mauro in the 17th minute of play. Versannat's Mathys Veillard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Mauro in the 20th minute of play. Mathys Veillard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberigo Mauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Alberigo Mauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathys Veillard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mathys Veillard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Colangelo in the 34th minute of the match. When Léonard Keita came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Versannat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Léonard Keita couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the match, Squadra de Pippe's goal looked a bit too open when Léonard Keita came free, but Alberto Sartori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Sartori was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Rémy Jacquey capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rémy Jacquey really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberigo Mauro to make the kick off. Alberigo Mauro kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Versannat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léonard Keita to maneuver through the defense. Léonard Keita's late challenge caught a Squadra de Pippe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Léonard Keita helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Versannat getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Léonard Keita hit a great ball. Ruben Latreille hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Demetrio Colangelo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mathys Veillard. Versannat's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Daniele Luongo charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniele Luongo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Squadra de Pippe's Daniele Luongo got a free kick in the 75th minute. Mathys Veillard was a little too slow when Demetrio Colangelo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 3-1. In the 91st minute Léonard Keita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Sartori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Versannat fans cheered their team off the field, for while Squadra de Pippe had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
