The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. F.C. Sant Sabo's Dalmu Ocaña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berto Guinea in the 2nd minute of play. In the 4th minute VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF were awarded a corner. Nivaldo Mascarenhas went to the cornerflag to take it. Vitin Ziguenza thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Dalmu Ocaña, a very annoying self made goal in the 4th minute which led to 0-1. Dalmu Ocaña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Guine, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berto Guinea in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dalmu Ocaña prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Bertold Guine came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertold Guine couldn't finish the play. A collision led to F.C. Sant Sabo getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Vitin Ziguenza hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, F.C. Sant Sabo's goal looked a bit too open when Bertold Guine came free, but Dalmu Ocaña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerardo Olle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarcísio Lucena having to interfere. When Vitin Ziguenza fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Sant Sabo's protests and gave Vitin Ziguenza a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sant Sabo's Vitin Ziguenza got a free kick in the 28th minute. When Berto Guinea came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF fans jumped to their feet. After having played for 33 minutes, Alberto-José Guine managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto-José Guine was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Albert Guine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Berto Guinea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmu Ocaña was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 43rd minute Bertold Guine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmu Ocaña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berto Guinea in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmu Ocaña saved F.C. Sant Sabo from getting behind. When Bertold Guine came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertold Guine couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Demario Villafane to make the kick off. Dalmu Ocaña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertold Guine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, F.C. Sant Sabo's goal looked a bit too open when Berto Guinea came free, but Dalmu Ocaña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Berto Guinea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dalmu Ocaña. That made the score 0-3 after 57 minutes of play. Bertold Guine was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 73rd minute. VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Albert Guine came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albert Guine couldn't finish the play. Dalmu Ocaña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Berto Guinea went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After 87 played minutes F.C. Sant Sabo got a freekick which was hit by Demario Villafane. Dalmu Ocaña made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Albert Guine sent off a good shot on target. Bertold Guine kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
