The audience thought a goal was coming when Gentil Perdigão got free with Nicolao Sampil in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. PLURAL's Caio Coutinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roldán Martinez in the 6th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gentil Perdigão in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolao Sampil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Caio Coutinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roldán Martinez, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Gentil Perdigão struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Nicolao Sampil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PLURAL. Valdo Viejo charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdo Viejo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of PLURAL booed when Club Getafe Deportivo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Viejo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Valdo Viejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio Coutinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by PLURAL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zarando Redondo was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Getafe Deportivo's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Zarando Redondo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Caio Coutinho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roldán Martinez in the 33rd minute of play forced PLURAL's goalkeeper Caio Coutinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolao Sampil came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by PLURAL's Paulo Velasques. But to his dismay, Paulo Velasques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Gentil Perdigão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolao Sampil having to interfere. Nicolao Sampil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Velasques in the 42nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Club Getafe Deportivo's Roldán Martinez got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 48th minute, PLURAL's Gentil Perdigão ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nicolao Sampil. Nicolao Sampil yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 57th minute of the match PLURAL got a corner. Club Getafe Deportivo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Caio Caiado ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on PLURAL's corner Caio Caiado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nicolao Sampil quite easily take care of the ball. If Gentil Perdigão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 64 minutes, Gentil Perdigão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PLURAL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gentil Perdigão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute PLURAL were awarded a corner. Caio Caiado went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Caio Caiado almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Getafe Deportivo's Nicolao Sampil did a great save. In the 75thth minute of the game Gentil Perdigão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Getafe Deportivo's Nicolao Sampil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind PLURAL's goalkeeper Caio Coutinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 78 minutes into the game, PLURAL's Aristides Machado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolao Sampil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. PLURAL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roldán Martinez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in PLURAL's zone, Zarando Redondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caio Coutinho came out of the goal and Zarando Redondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Club Getafe Deportivo booed when PLURAL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gentil Perdigão didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Narciso Vilanova during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 98 played minutes Club Getafe Deportivo got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Vilanova. PLURAL were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Getafe Deportivo for a fine match.
