Mjöllnir's Marc Brand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien Marxer in the 12th minute of play. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Eddy Moser sped through Mjöllnir's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marc Brand. The ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Eddy Moser looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 25th minute, Julien Marxer made a precise shot to the right of Marc Brand. Mjöllnir's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After 27 minutes, Didier Bonenfant mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mjöllnir and the ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Didier Bonenfant hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the game, Lukas Brunhardt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Marc Brand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marc Brand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddy Moser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julien Marxer struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Marc Brand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ. Marc Brand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lukas Brunhardt's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Marc Brand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julien Marxer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marc Brand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddy Moser in the 42nd minute of the match. Marc Brand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julien Marxer's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Marc Brand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernst Cakir, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

In the 51st match minute, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddy Moser to maneuver through the defense. Eddy Moser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Brand having to interfere. Lukas Brunhardt took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marc Brand. Marc Brand dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Bernd Heid had several of the Mjöllnir's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 63 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Marc Brand as he didn't even see the shot coming. When ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Julien Marxer in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mjöllnir's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julien Marxer in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marc Brand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 73rd minute Ernst Cakir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Brand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Julien Marxer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. 78 minutes into the game, Quentin Schmidlin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mjöllnir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ the free kick. In the 78th match minute, Mjöllnir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Schmidlin to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Ernst Cakir dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marc Brand, 0-10. 89 minutes into the match, Julien Marxer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marc Brand, 0-11.
