Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Duško Turnšek got the match started through his kick off. 12 minutes into the match, HIT Gorica's Zlatko Goričan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francois Vanden Bossche narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in FC Dharma Initiative's zone, Duško Turnšek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francois Vanden Bossche came out of the goal and Duško Turnšek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ervin Žak kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The FC Dharma Initiative fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when FC Dharma Initiative's Tibau De Jaeger looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 28th minute, Lennart Blommaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Duško Turnšek in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francois Vanden Bossche saved FC Dharma Initiative from getting behind. Lan Šorli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tibau De Jaeger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francois Vanden Bossche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duško Turnšek in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th match minute, HIT Gorica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rastislav Tomič to maneuver through the defense. When Jernej Petrovič fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HIT Gorica's protests and gave Jernej Petrovič a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes HIT Gorica got a freekick which was hit by Jernej Petrovič. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Koen Steckens managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Dharma Initiative's supporters rose to their feet, but Koen Steckens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lan Šorli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lan Šorli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tibau De Jaeger, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Jorden Tubbackx made the kick off in the second half. When Istok Šabotić came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the HIT Gorica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Istok Šabotić couldn't finish the play. The supporters of HIT Gorica booed when FC Dharma Initiative was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorden Tubbackx didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, HIT Gorica's goal looked a bit too open when Jorden Tubbackx came free, but Lan Šorli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duško Turnšek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Francois Vanden Bossche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, FC Dharma Initiative's goalkeeper Francois Vanden Bossche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Duško Turnšek. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rastislav Tomič during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th minute, Koen Steckens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lan Šorli was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 71st match minute, HIT Gorica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duško Turnšek to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koen Steckens in the 73rd minute of play forced HIT Gorica's goalkeeper Lan Šorli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Tibau De Jaeger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lan Šorli. HIT Gorica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tibau De Jaeger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. HIT Gorica's Lan Šorli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tibau De Jaeger in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, HIT Gorica's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor de Pelsmacker came free, but Lan Šorli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurenz Klopterop kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When Lennart Blommaert came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the FC Dharma Initiative fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Blommaert couldn't finish the play.
