In the 23rd minute Rein Goethals shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bálint Földesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gábor Seres, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Rein Goethals scored 0-5 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bálint Földesi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bálint Földesi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
