Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jedrzej Kasprzak started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Nagyváradi AC's Jedrzej Kasprzak got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 5 played minutes MANCHESTER UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Kuzman Leyarski. Jos Van Hinnendael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denimir Slabakov in the 13th minute. Paun Hadzhiev kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Anton Lalchev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ákos Szél, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Vencel Pápai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anton Lalchev. MANCHESTER UNITED's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vencel Pápai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Anton Lalchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Kasprzak in the 28th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Chu Yang Qiang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nagyváradi AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chu Yang Qiang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anton Lalchev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chu Yang Qiang in the 35th minute of play forced MANCHESTER UNITED's goalkeeper Anton Lalchev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jos Van Hinnendael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuzman Leyarski in the 36th minute of play. Anton Lalchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ákos Szél in the 44th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kuzman Leyarski was the one to do the kick off. Anton Lalchev made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Chu Yang Qiang sent off a good shot on target. 52 minutes into the match, MANCHESTER UNITED's goalkeeper Anton Lalchev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jedrzej Kasprzak. The crowd rose to their feet as Nagyváradi AC's Chu Yang Qiang slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anton Lalchev. That made the score 1-2 after 56 minutes of play. In the 59th minute, Chu Yang Qiang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anton Lalchev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jedrzej Kasprzak, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 69 minutes into the match, MANCHESTER UNITED's Denimir Slabakov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jos Van Hinnendael narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 70th minute of the match MANCHESTER UNITED got a corner. Nagyváradi AC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kuzman Leyarski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led MANCHESTER UNITED's Kuzman Leyarski to fire away a dangerous shot which Jos Van Hinnendael despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 75 played minutes MANCHESTER UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Sergey Mechkarov. 77 minutes into the match, MANCHESTER UNITED's goalkeeper Anton Lalchev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chu Yang Qiang. Anton Lalchev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chu Yang Qiang's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Chu Yang Qiang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Anton Lalchev made a huge save. With a little luck, MANCHESTER UNITED's Anton Lalchev got control of the ball when Jedrzej Kasprzak tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vencel Pápai in the 83rd minute of play forced MANCHESTER UNITED's goalkeeper Anton Lalchev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Ákos Szél managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nagyváradi AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ákos Szél was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Nagyváradi AC booed when MANCHESTER UNITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Kuzev didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jedrzej Kasprzak got free with Anton Lalchev in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
