Kajetan Golob made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fellipe de Mendonça during the 34th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Vítor Britto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adelino Esteves made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Fellipe de Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ypiranga SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fellipe de Mendonça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 54 played minutes Flamengo CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by André Dracena. After a rather tough play, Flamengo CIMZ's Iuri Vargas got a free kick in the 60th minute. Tostão Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. If Tostão Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Téo de Moraes hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Fellipe de Mendonça hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute of the match Robinho Silveira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kajetan Golob showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Tostão Tinoco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vítor Britto was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. 76 minutes into the game, Iuri Vargas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flamengo CIMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ypiranga SC the free kick. Iuri Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Flamengo CIMZ's Gláuber dos Santos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kajetan Golob. That made the score 2-2 after 82 minutes of play. When Adelino Esteves, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 92 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Kajetan Golob was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Renan Meirelles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kajetan Golob came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Flamengo CIMZ's Robinho Silveira. But to his dismay, Robinho Silveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The Ypiranga SC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Flamengo CIMZ's performance. The match ended with a win for Flamengo CIMZ.
