The supporters of Green Academy booed when Sedex F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Telmo Pitta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 minutes, Samuel Siqueira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Green Academy and the Sedex F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Green Academy getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Samuel Siqueira hit a great ball. Murilo Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomás Garcia in the 30th minute of play. Green Academy's João Vítor Zonta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Murilo Neves in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 32 minutes into the game, Thomás Garcia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Murilo Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 35 minutes into the match, Green Academy's Samuel Siqueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Murilo Neves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Samuel Siqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Umberto Amaral charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Umberto Amaral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Duda de Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinícius Olgado having to interfere. Murilo Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jano Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Sedex F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Green Academy were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Guilherme Luz made the kick off in the second half. João Vítor Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes, Sedex F.C's Tiago Gabriel Freitas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vinícius Olgado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sedex F.C reached it. After 58 played minutes Sedex F.C got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Gabriel Freitas. Thomás Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Murilo Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Sedex F.C booed when Green Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute Thomás Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murilo Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Samuel Siqueira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 72 minutes of play Green Academy's Umberto Amaral was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes into the game, Samuel Siqueira lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Murilo Neves. After 95 minutes, Lucas Olgado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Green Academy and the Sedex F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Green Academy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
