Coapoa SS's Adalberto Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Sabóia in the 11th minute of play. Tomás Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Adalberto Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fábio Sabóia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adalberto Moura came out and tried to block the shot, but Fábio Sabóia slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 14th minute. Adalberto Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisão Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Coapoa SS's goal looked a bit too open when Fábio Sabóia came free, but Adalberto Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisão Trigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adalberto Moura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Adalberto Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Vergílio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Coapoa SS's Adalberto Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Sabóia in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Filipe Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomás Campidelis in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luizão Leão to make the kick off. Fábio Sabóia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Adalberto Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute Umberto Bertassi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adalberto Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adalberto Moura stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Campidelis's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Coapoa SS's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Campidelis came free, but Adalberto Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Luizão Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. Adalberto Moura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Elói Silva came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the S.C.CHUÍ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elói Silva couldn't finish the play. The supporters of S.C.CHUÍ booed when Coapoa SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Paraense didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute of the match João Adolfo Marquez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adalberto Moura skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Campidelis in the 92nd minute of play forced Coapoa SS's goalkeeper Adalberto Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. S.C.CHUÍ had played much better football throughout.
