Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Igor Porto started the match with the kick off. Bebeto Cearense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Duda Soeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Aesir FC FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Duda Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego de Lara in the 16th minute of play. Delfim Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The throw-in from Ciro Carvalho in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Aesir FC FSCMZ's Frédson da Cunha. After some careless play in the Umbrella Futebol Clube defense, Igor Porto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walmir Borges. The Umbrella Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walmir Borges should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Umbrella Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Frédson da Cunha came free, but Walmir Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Umbrella Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Diego de Lara. Walmir Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frédson da Cunha in the 47th minute of the match.

A collision led to Umbrella Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Diego de Lara hit a great ball. Delfim Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Zé Augusto Vieira hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Luciano Dracena's late challenge caught a Aesir FC FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Umbrella Futebol Clube's Walmir Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frédson da Cunha in the 59th minute of play. Umbrella Futebol Clube's attentive Ivo Oliveira managed to snatch the ball when Osmar Marinho made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. Walmir Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frédson da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Duda Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego de Lara in the 72nd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Aesir FC FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Bebeto Cearense came free, but Duda Soeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Umbrella Futebol Clube's Walmir Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frédson da Cunha in the 79th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Aesir FC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Osmar Marinho. In the 81st minute Bebeto Cearense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duda Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duda Soeiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego de Lara's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Igor Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Walmir Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Dracena made in the 90th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Danilo Mangueira however managed to control. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Bebeto Cearense sped through Aesir FC FSCMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Duda Soeiro. 95 minutes into the game, Frédson da Cunha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Walmir Borges. Frédson da Cunha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. When the final whistle sounded Aesir FC FSCMZ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Umbrella Futebol Clube.
