A collision led to Pombal 2003 F.C. getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Kauã Lago hit a great ball. In the 13th minute Kauã Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Marquinhos Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th match minute, Ricart Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. Gilson Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romário Pontes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Di Yuan Liang to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Di Yuan Liang in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Pinheiro saved Ricart Futebol Clube from getting behind. The supporters of Pombal 2003 F.C. booed when Ricart Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilson Braga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th match minute, Ricart Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Délio Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. Eriberto Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Di Yuan Liang, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Eriberto Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricart Futebol Clube's Eriberto Pinheiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Ricart Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Falcão Tande kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 77thth minute of the game Romário Pontes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pombal 2003 F.C.'s Gilson Arósio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ricart Futebol Clube's Eriberto Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Di Yuan Liang in the 80th minute of play. Gilson Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romário Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Pombal 2003 F.C.'s Falcão Tande got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Di Yuan Liang received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eriberto Pinheiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Di Yuan Liang slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 89th minute. After 94 played minutes Ricart Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Délio Mineiro. Pombal 2003 F.C. were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
