Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cacá Pimenta got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Cacá Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, Mamutes EC's Cacá Pimenta made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basílio Cosme was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 13 played minutes Mamutes EC got a freekick which was hit by Silas Pena. In the 16th match minute, Pirajiba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sydney Cearense to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the game, Mamutes EC's Cacá Pimenta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basílio Cosme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Rafael Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nelson de Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Cristian Prado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cacá Pimenta in the 24th minute of play forced Pirajiba's goalkeeper Basílio Cosme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pirajiba's Basílio Cosme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá Pimenta in the 26th minute of play. Rafael Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelson de Queiroz in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute Cacá Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Pirajiba's Rafael Godoi threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nelson de Queiroz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 33rd minute Cacá Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilson de Amaral charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nilson de Amaral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nilson de Amaral hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Basílio Cosme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elano Maciel, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Cacá Pimenta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Nelson de Queiroz made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Elano Maciel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 54 minutes into the game, Cacá Pimenta lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Basílio Cosme. The audience was convinced that Cacá Pimenta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Basílio Cosme was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. 60 minutes into the match, Mamutes EC's goal looked a bit too open when Nelson de Queiroz came free, but Rafael Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Cacá Pimenta recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Basílio Cosme. Cacá Pimenta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Cacá Pimenta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Basílio Cosme. That made the score 0-5 in the 67 minute of play. Mamutes EC's Elano Maciel was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 70th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The attack was good, but when Elano Maciel in the 75th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Cacá Pimenta in the 82nd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Basílio Cosme kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-7 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. In the 85thth minute of the game Elano Maciel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirajiba's Basílio Cosme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Basílio Cosme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silas Pena in the 90th minute of the match.
