Ademar Mendes scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Décio Barbosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 6th minute, Ademar Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Décio Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ademar Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Microsoft Team's Décio Cerezo tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Eusébio Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Microsoft Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusébio Tróia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeu Batista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Décio Barbosa stood somewhat misplaced when Valdomiro Duarte came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 79 minute. Roger Guerra was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 83 minutes into the match.
