Afonsinho Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Paraense in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Silvério Paraense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clube Atletico Alagoano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chinho FC the free kick. A collision led to Clube Atletico Alagoano getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Silvério Paraense hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Zé Paraense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonsinho Nunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Guilherme Neves during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luiz Guilherme Neves hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Zé Paraense notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Clube Atletico Alagoano's Afonsinho Nunes. Afonsinho Nunes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute, Chinho FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gil Sarmento fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After the first half Chinho FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to Chinho FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Renatinho Coutinho hit a great ball. Zé Paraense in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Afonsinho Nunes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 59th minute, Luizão de Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Chinho FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Evaristo Rosa hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Chinho FC's Evaristo Rosa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. After a rather tough play, Chinho FC's Lenílson Munhoz got a free kick in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Zé Paraense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Afonsinho Nunes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 75th minute, Chinho FC's Zé Paraense ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Afonsinho Nunes. Afonsinho Nunes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. In the 82nd minute Chico Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo José Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Guilherme Neves struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Paulo José Gaúcho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clube Atletico Alagoano. The crowd rose to their feet as Zé Paraense kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Afonsinho Nunes. That made the score 0-7 in the 88 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chinho FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
