With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vito Fantini in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fábio Ramalho saved Juventus Tatuquara from getting behind. PRIMUS INC FC's Mário Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oden Vandamme in the 41st minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Fábio Ramalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Kiko Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Vito Fantini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fábio Ramalho. Juventus Tatuquara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vito Fantini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Juventus Tatuquara booed when PRIMUS INC FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerald Piqué didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Germano Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerald Piqué kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, PRIMUS INC FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oden Vandamme came free, but Mário Britto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Erik Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. PRIMUS INC FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bruninho Viana in the 77th minute. After taking down the ball on PRIMUS INC FC's corner Bruninho Viana fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fábio Ramalho quite easily take care of the ball. Fábio Ramalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Martins in the 79th minute. Mário Britto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 95th minute, Hudson de Godoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PRIMUS INC FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The Juventus Tatuquara supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching PRIMUS INC FC's performance. The match ended with a win for PRIMUS INC FC.
