Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dino Tavares started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 5 played minutes Nova Venécia-ES got a freekick which was hit by Jano Alcântara. Granadero10's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Juan de Medeiros in the 8th minute. In the 20th minute, Jairo Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário de Salles in the 24th minute of play forced Granadero10's goalkeeper Sydney Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dino Tavares scored 1-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sydney Barros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mário Aparecido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robinho de Salles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmílson Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Robinho de Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nova Venécia-ES's Robinho de Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmílson Souza in the 36th minute of play. Abelardo Valladares hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After 38 played minutes, Granadero10's Juan de Medeiros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robinho de Salles came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Granadero10 reached it. Carlos Eduardo Sanches could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Sydney Barros made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gilberto Trigo made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Gilberto Trigo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Granadero10 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 55th minute, Jano Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Dário de Salles made a precise shot to the right of Sydney Barros. Granadero10's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Sydney Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dário de Salles in the 61st minute of play. Nova Venécia-ES were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Granadero10's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jano Alcântara took the corner. Dário de Salles was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Edmílson Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81stth minute of the game Betão Senna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nova Venécia-ES's Robinho de Salles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Nova Venécia-ES's goalkeeper Robinho de Salles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Trigo. Nova Venécia-ES walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
