Gustavo-Hernán Egoi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erubiel Osoro having to make a save. When Karel Kacharov fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's protests and gave Karel Kacharov a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hacha y Tiza FC booed when Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karel Kacharov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 played minutes Hacha y Tiza FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Laurin. 16 minutes into the game, Hacha y Tiza FC's Clemente Bihar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Generoso Gonzalez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mauro Batista made in the 19th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Fabricio Xabel. Jacinto Laurin made in the 20th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fernando Peruxu immediately put the ball in play. Erubiel Osoro made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Gustavo-Hernán Egoi sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the match, Hacha y Tiza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo-Hernán Egoi came free, but Erubiel Osoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Gustavo-Hernán Egoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erubiel Osoro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Gustavo-Hernán Egoi didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-1 via right post in the game's 36th minute. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After a rather tough play, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Karel Kacharov got a free kick in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Hacha y Tiza FC's Isaac Erramu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Generoso Gonzalez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Erubiel Osoro made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Gustavo-Hernán Egoi sent off a good shot on target. After 47 minutes, Jacinto Laurin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hacha y Tiza FC and the Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hacha y Tiza FC's Jacinto Laurin got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Erubiel Osoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Ochoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Ochoa scored 3-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erubiel Osoro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59th match minute, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Hanot to maneuver through the defense. Clemente Bihar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Gonzalez having to interfere. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Leon Trotskiy was substituted for Iker Eneko. The corner led Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Aaron Jokin to fire away a dangerous shot which Erubiel Osoro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Bengt-Arne Åberg came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt-Arne Åberg couldn't finish the play. Erubiel Osoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Åberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Erubiel Osoro came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Bengt-Arne Åberg. But to his dismay, Bengt-Arne Åberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. After 85 minutes of play, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Bengt-Arne Åberg made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erubiel Osoro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka booed when Hacha y Tiza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Lalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Pedro Ochoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Osoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hacha y Tiza FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Jacinto Laurin hit a great ball.
