Stipe Pletikosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to AFC CERBEROS getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Alfonso Lastur hit a great ball. The supporters of Spams booed when AFC CERBEROS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Lastur didn't get a good kick on the ball. AFC CERBEROS's Felix Azibar got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute Dado Pršo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Joachim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Mouricio in the 28th minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Mauro Joachim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Azibar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stipe Pletikosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Spams's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felix Azibar made a great header on AFC CERBEROS's corner, it was just that Spams's Stipe Pletikosa managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 32nd minute, Emanuel Mouricio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Spams fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Stipe Pletikosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Azibar in the 34th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Herminio Escobar was the one to do the kick off. Santo Lesardo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Emanuel Mouricio came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mauro Joachim could save by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damian Lopez during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to AFC CERBEROS getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Damian Lopez hit a great ball. When Leonardo Indalecio fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spams's protests and gave Leonardo Indalecio a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Spams got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Indalecio. With his leg Mauro Joachim managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Spams's Herminio Escobar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, AFC CERBEROS's Anacleto Sanchez got a free kick in the 69th minute. Stipe Pletikosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafino Gonsalve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrej Kramarić did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Mauro Joachim 75 minutes into the match. After 88 minutes, Herminio Escobar made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. AFC CERBEROS's Mauro Joachim tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Spams's Americo Matia was substituted for Emanuel Mouricio. 93 minutes into the match, Spams's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Lopez came free, but Stipe Pletikosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stipe Pletikosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 95th match minute, AFC CERBEROS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Vito to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the match, AFC CERBEROS's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Escobar came free, but Mauro Joachim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The AFC CERBEROS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Spams's performance. The match ended with a win for Spams.
