An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Firme in the 34th minute of play forced Bolsodios's goalkeeper Fulgencio Castulo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Diamante U18's Conrado Maiorga got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Fulgencio Castulo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Deportivo Diamante U18's Leonides Dalmau got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Deportivo Diamante U18's Laureano Silvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Eguntsenti in the 71st minute of play. Laureano Silvino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Pio's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute Bolsodios were awarded a corner. Hermengildo Eguntsenti went to the cornerflag to take it. Hermengildo Eguntsenti hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Deportivo Diamante U18 played a much better game than Bolsodios and deserved their victory. The Bolsodios players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
