With a left leg Higinio Brion saved Carboncito from getting behind. 9 minutes into the match, Carboncito's goal looked a bit too open when Nair Galarza came free, but Higinio Brion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lis Tagliani's late challenge caught a Carboncito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lis Tagliani helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Lis Tagliani hit a great ball. In the 12th minute of the match, Severiano Henric got a very nice opportunity to score, but Diego Saturnin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 13 minutes Simbo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Severiano Henric who took care of the corner kick. Isidoro Cordarryl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Diego Saturnin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higinio Brion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lane Rhoades in the 29th minute of play. Cosme Sugar struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Diego Saturnin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carboncito. Lia Crucet kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Severiano Henric recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Havier during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Simbo FC's Teodoro Havier got a free kick in the 37th minute. Higinio Brion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lane Rhoades, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carboncito's Higinio Brion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nair Galarza in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidoro Cordarryl to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidoro Cordarryl in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diego Saturnin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Nair Galarza took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Higinio Brion to make any attempt to save it. Simbo FC's Tiburcio Enetz was substituted for Teodoro Havier. Cosme Sugar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st match minute, Carboncito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Libertad to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nair Galarza in the 63rd minute of play forced Carboncito's goalkeeper Higinio Brion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Cosme Sugar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carboncito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Simbo FC's Diego Saturnin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Cordarryl in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Cordarryl in the 73rd minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Diego Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Alan Schenker hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Cosme Sugar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carboncito's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosme Sugar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Saturnin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the game, Carboncito's Cosme Sugar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diego Saturnin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The supporters of Simbo FC booed when Carboncito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacobo Orland didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Nair Galarza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Brion was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Isidoro Cordarryl might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diego Saturnin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidoro Cordarryl ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacobo Orland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Saturnin having to interfere. Lane Rhoades could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Higinio Brion made a huge save. 90 minutes into the match, Carboncito's goalkeeper Higinio Brion had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nair Galarza. After 91 played minutes Simbo FC got a freekick which was hit by Camil Homs. After a rather tough play, Simbo FC's Lia Crucet got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Simbo FC's zone, Severiano Henric stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Saturnin came out of the goal and Severiano Henric tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacobo Orland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Simbo FC's Tiburcio Enetz got a free kick in the 95th minute. Carboncito's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
