Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Victor Heredia made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to 1989 Blxsk getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Leonel Hibai hit a great ball. In the 20th minute Andrézinho Pelé shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Etor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrézinho Pelé's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aristides Etor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After 29 minutes of play, RB Chubut's Andrézinho Pelé made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aristides Etor was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th minute of the game Mick Snowdon made a throw-in which Octavio Astrada played forward. 36 minutes into the match, 1989 Blxsk's goal looked a bit too open when Andrézinho Pelé came free, but Aristides Etor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Victor Heredia lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Paco Zamora. When Teobaldo Gaztea came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the RB Chubut fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teobaldo Gaztea couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrézinho Pelé in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristides Etor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the 1989 Blxsk defense, Andrézinho Pelé kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aristides Etor. The 1989 Blxsk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aristides Etor should have stopped the shot. RB Chubut's Lázaro Quico was substituted for Rogelio Otsando. RB Chubut made a substitution. Niles Moran replaced Andrézinho Pelé. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

1989 Blxsk's Severino Rito was substituted for Teo Juvenal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niles Moran to make the kick off. In the 56th minute Fabricio Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paco Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Etor made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Teobaldo Gaztea sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, 1989 Blxsk's goal looked a bit too open when Niles Moran came free, but Aristides Etor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabricio Corderun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paco Zamora having to interfere. In the 78th minute Desiderio Ostargi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paco Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Niles Moran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aristides Etor. 1989 Blxsk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niles Moran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Ostargi in the 87th minute of play forced RB Chubut's goalkeeper Paco Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RB Chubut were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after 1989 Blxsk's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabian Jerrald took the corner. After taking down the ball on RB Chubut's corner Fabian Jerrald fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aristides Etor quite easily take care of the ball. In the 95th minute, RB Chubut's Niles Moran dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched RB Chubut eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
