Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Danilo Errolan kicked off to start the match. When Carlos Shantala came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Racing Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Shantala couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Shantala in the 9th minute of play forced Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's goalkeeper Emilio Munio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Federico Colas notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Racing Club's Juan Seme. Juan Seme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Emilio Munio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Shantala in the 14th minute of play. Racing Club's Juan Seme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club from getting a goal against them. The corner ended in Freddy Terciero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Racing Club's Juan Seme did a great save. Carlos Shantala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Munio having to interfere. Emilio Munio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Shantala in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Shantala stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Danilo Errolan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan Seme having to make a save. Carlos Shantala's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilio Munio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Carlos Shantala reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emilio Munio. The goal made the score 1-1. Racing Club made a substitution. Benedicto Quinito replaced Marcelo Weigand. Carlos Shantala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Munio having to interfere. Racing Club's Emiliano Etxepare was substituted for Carlos Shantala. Ivan Illan charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivan Illan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Ivan Illan got a free kick in the 81st minute. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Igor Ferman hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Freddy Terciero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Freddy Terciero's late challenge caught a Racing Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Freddy Terciero helped the player get up and apologised. Freddy Terciero kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Emiliano Etxepare managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Etxepare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Munio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gonzalo Txerran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
