Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Denis Udrişte made the kick off which started today's match. After 4 minutes, Saverio Elivareo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Equipo and the Liga de Quito players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Equipo fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Equipo's Omar Librado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Liga de Quito's zone, Victor Orzaize stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvio Morelo came out of the goal and Victor Orzaize tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Samaniego Tobalina in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Equipo's Saverio Elivareo. Victor Orzaize recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Victor Orzaize cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Silvio Morelo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Victoro Garrote kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Liga de Quito got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Tabliega. The audience was convinced that Victor Orzaize's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Morelo was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Victor Orzaize scored 0-4 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvio Morelo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victor Orzaize fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Morelo having to interfere. Silvio Morelo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Orzaize went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor Orzaize was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Equipo's Astor Lon got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Silvio Morelo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Orzaize went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Victor Orzaize's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvio Morelo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Liga de Quito's goalkeeper Silvio Morelo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Orzaize. A collision led to Liga de Quito getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Samaniego Tobalina hit a great ball. Equipo's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 73rd minute of the game, when Amadeo Iratze after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Liga de Quito's goal. Amadeo Iratze was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Victor Orzaize kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvio Morelo. That made the score 0-7 in the 83 minute of play. With a little luck, Liga de Quito's Silvio Morelo got control of the ball when Victor Orzaize tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Equipo getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Saverio Elivareo hit a great ball. Silvio Morelo came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Equipo's Victor Orzaize. But to his dismay, Victor Orzaize quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Equipo played a much better game than Liga de Quito and deserved their victory. The Liga de Quito players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
